Factory Representative
(FR)
Qualification Requirements:
- Apply to become an independent GMX distributor
under the sponsorship of an existing GMX distributor. Once your
application is accepted and entered into the computer system at
corporate headquarters, you are a member of the GMX distributor
network.
Rewards:
- There are four Factory Representative positions,
with increasing wholesale discounts. You attain a position by achieving
its specified minimum Group Volume (GV) level within any single
calendar month. You do not have to make a stop at each level. You
can jump directly to the FR4 level (or higher) right off the bat.

- Discount Overrides
At the beginning of the first full calendar month after you become
a distributor, you will be advanced to the position indicated by
the GV you have achieved up to that point, and will begin to earn
discount overrides as follows:
For Factory Representative 1 position:
No discount override.
For Factory Representative 2 position:
5 percent on Personal Volume of downline FR1s.
For Factory Representative 3 position:
10 percent on Personal Volume of downline FR1s.
5 percent on Personal Volume of downline FR2s.
For Factory Representative 4 position:
15 percent on Personal Volume of downline FR1s.
10 percent on Personal Volume of downline FR2s.
5 percent on Personal Volume of downline FR3s.
Advanced Factory Representative (AFR)
Qualification Requirements:
- Achieve $6,000 Group Volume (GV) during any one calendar month.
- Sponsor three Factory Representatives.
Rewards:
- Retail Profits
20 percent wholesale discount on your Personal Volume (PV).
- Discount Overrides
-20 percent on Personal Volume of downline FR1s.
-15 percent on Personal Volume of downline FR2s.
-10 percent on Personal Volume of downline FR3s.
-5 percent on Personal Volume of downline FR4s.
- Organization Bonus on three generations
4 percent of the GV of downline AFRs or above through three generations,
subject to qualification (explained later).
Marketing Director (MDR)
Qualification Requirements:
- Achieve $15,600 Open Volume (OV) during any one calendar month.
(Remember, Open Volume is the Group Volume of all the Factory Representatives
and Advanced Factory Representatives in your downline.)
- Have three downline legs with at least one AFR in each. (A "leg"
is a descending line of distributors. Each of your personally sponsored
distributors represents the head of a separate leg of your organization,
even if he or she is the only person in that leg.) This qualification
may be met within one month after achieving the $15,600 OV requirement.
- One additional upline distributor can be qualified for the MDR
position with each additional $7,200 in unencumbered OV, as long
as that distributor
has three downline legs with at least one AFR in each.

Executive Marketing Director (EMD)
Qualification Requirements:
- Be a Marketing Director for at least one month.
- Achieve $60,000 Total Downline Volume (TDV) during any one calendar
month. (Total Downline Volume is the total wholesale dollar amount
of GMX products ordered by you and all distributors in your entire
downline, regardless of their positions.)
- Achieve $20,000 Open Volume (OV) during the same month. This can
be a part of the $60,000 TDV.
- Have three downline legs with at least one MDR in each. This qualification
may be met within one month after achieving the three previously
mentioned requirements.

-20 percent on Personal Volume of downline FR1s.
-15 percent on Personal Volume of downline FR2s.
-10 percent on Personal Volume of downline FR3s.

subject to fulfilling prerequisites (explained later).
- MDR Bonus
5 percent of your Open Volume (OV), subject to fulfilling prerequisites
(explained later).
The Ultimate Destination:
International Marketing Director (IMD)
Qualification Requirements:
- Meet all the qualification requirements for the Executive Marketing
Director position.
- Achieve $300,000 Total Downline Volume (TDV) during any six consecutive
calendar months.
- Achieve $60,000 Open Volume (OV) during the same six-month period.
This can be a part of the $300,000 TDV.
- Have five downline legs with at least one MDR in each. This qualification
may be met within one month after achieving the three previously
mentioned requirements.

5 percent of your Open Volume (OV), subject to fulfilling prerequisites
(explained later).
- International Marketing Director Expense Supplement
IMD's may earn up to $24,000 annually in expense bonuses and may
earn up to $6,000 annually for auto expenses.
A Few Important Notes About the Compensation Plan
Prerequisites to Receiving Monthly Bonuses:
Any distributor at the Advanced Factory Representative (AFR) level
or higher must fulfill at least one of the following monthly requirements
to receive 100 percent of his or her calculated Organization and MDR
Bonuses for that month:
a. Minimum of $2,400 Group Volume (GV).
Or...
b. Minimum of $1,200 GV, with at least two legs having at least
one distributor in each who qualifies for a bonus.
Or...
c. Have at least three legs with at least one distributor in each
who qualifies for a bonus.
If none of the three preceding conditions are met, an AFR or above
can still receive 50 percent of his or her calculated
Organization and MDR Bonuses for that month by fulfilling at least
one of the following conditions:
a. Minimum of $1,200 GV.
Or...
b. Have at least two legs with at least one distributor in each
who qualifies for a bonus.
Retailing and Downline Supervision Prerequisites:
In addition to minimum monthly volume requirements to earn bonuses,
you must also fulfill the following responsibilities in the areas
of retailing and downline supervision in order to earn bonuses and
overrides, or to advance to a new position:
- Fulfill the 70 Percent Rule. This means that you must have sold
retail or wholesale at least 70 percent of the products you have
ordered.
- Fulfill the Retail Customer Rule.
- Make sure that your downline distributors have complied with the
70 Percent Rule.
- Fulfill your supervisory responsibilities to your downline organization,
as described in published GMX rules, policies, and procedures.
Excess Group Volume:
This is any monthly Group Volume (GV) in excess of the amount needed
to qualify for 100 percent of your Organization and MDR Bonuses. A
maximum of $2,400 of Excess Group Volume can be carried forward and
used to meet the bonus qualification requirements in the next month
only.
Bonus Roll-Up:
Any unearned Organization Bonus (the difference between 50 percent
and 100 percent of a distributor's calculated bonus) will automatically
be assigned to the first 100 percent qualified AFR or above. This
is called "roll-up." Any unearned MDR Bonus (the difference
between 50 percent and 100 percent of the calculated bonus) will automatically
roll-up to the first 100 percent qualified MDR or above.
